1. All works shown online are subject to availability.
2. All artwork is sent on a guaranteed priority service. The service and courier used may vary depending on location.
3. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. The vast majority of shipping times will be less than 7 working days.
4. You will be notified of shipping costs at time of purchase. This is so we can provide the most accurate price for size of artwork and location.
5. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us within 24 hours.
6. Options upon return includes: replacing the damaged work (in the case of multiple editions being available), credit towards another purchase, or a full refund.
7. All items are insured in transit to cover damage, loss or no-delivery. Once the delivery has been signed for it is no longer insured by Kumi Contemporary and is the sole responsibility of the client. Please thoroughly check all deliveries on arrival as you will be held liable for any damages after signing for the delivery. All our artwork is photographed prior to shipping to avoid dispute.
8. In the unlikely event that the artwork arrives damaged, contact by email within 24 hours of the good being received and we will do everything we can to recrify the situation.

10. Refunds will only be applicable where Kumi Contemporary is deemed to be in contravention of the terms set out herein. A refund will be given strictly at the discretion of Kumi Contemporary. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order.

13. All payments are taken in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP), and will be charged at the current exchange rate. To view current exchange rates please contact your bank. However, please bear in mind that Kumi Contemporary cannot take responsibility for any inaccuracies in any information provided by any external website.
14. Kumi Contemporary may also collect domain information as part of its analysis of the use of this site. This data enables to become more familiar with which customers visit our site, their paths through the site, and areas of the site they visit most often. This information is collected automatically and requires no action on your part.
15. All images of artworks are professionally photographed by Kumi Contemporary unless otherwise stated. The imagery and copy online is held under copyright to Kumi Contemporary and cannot be used elsewhere without prior consent from Kumi Contemporary. Whilst we do our best to photograph the artworks as closely as possible, we do not hold any do not hold responsibility to perfect colour matching.
